Daniel grew up being a multi sport athlete, he played basketball, soccer, baseball, hockey, and even city league volleyball. He has coached numerous elementary through high school athletes in both developmental and competitive teams in basketball, softball, baseball, and volleyball since 2008. In college he pitched baseball for multiple universities and developed a love for physical education and training youth athletes.
He received his masters in Kinesiology from Oregon State University and is currently teaching adaptive physical education to students with disabilities in Anchorage. This is his first year coaching ACE 16 and he is also the Colony High School Assistant Softball coach.
